East African rice recipe
Perfect pilau in no time!
Ingredients:
Rice (basmati preferably)
Onions
Garlic
Coriander
Vegetable seasoning
Homewif3 rice spice
Step 1
Wash and soak rice for about 30 minutes (if you don’t have time its ok it can still work)
Chop your onions

In a pestel and mortar combine garlic, coriander, salt and crush them and until paste like
Step 3
Fry your onions until golden brown
Add your rice to the pan with your smashed ingredients, add 1 tbs of your Homewif3 rice spice, then add your water
Once boiled turn heat down cover with foil/parchment paper and your pan lid
Cooking for about 10 mins then remove the cover fluff your rice and check if is cooked.
Step 4
Plate it and enjoy your East African pilau rice
Fish recipe
The best fish you will ever eat and is made by you!
You can use salmon, tilapia, tuna and more
Fry or bake
Ingredients:
Fish of your choice( I like tilapia or salmon)
Garlic
Olive Oil
Salt
Lemon juice
Homewif3 fish spice
Step1
Wash your fish and pan fry
In a mortar and pestle smash your garlic
Combine all your ingredients in a bowl
Add your fish spice and mix well, cover your marinated fish and place it the fridge for 15 mins or longer
Step 2
Place in a pan add oil for shallow fry or put in a oven dish and place it on a preheated oven and cook for 15 mins turning the fish half way.
For Shallow frying
Add oil to your pan once hot place your fish and cook for 7 mins each side ( flip carefully)
Hint : use your fish spice to make salad dressing by just adding oil, lemon and salt.
Creamy chicken and pasta
Try our take on creamy chicken and pasta for your next family meal!
Ingredients:
Penne
Chicken
Oil
Garlic
Baby spinach
Cream cheese
Parsley
Basil
Homewif3 chicken spice
Step1
Boil your pasta water with salt and oil
Marinate your chicken with Homewif3 chicken spice, garlic and salt/ vegetable seasoning
Step 2
Add your pasta and cook ( follow cooking time on pack instructions )
Step 3
Cook your chicken and slice it into strips
Step 4
Heat butter in a pan on a medium heat and fry the garlic and spinach for 3 mins
Add soft cheese and heat until melted
then add the shredded chicken and some of the pasta water. Bring to the boil for about 2-3 mins
Add your pasta and stir until combined.
Add more pasta water to loosen the sauce, if needed. Remove from heat, sprinkle over the remaining parsley or basil.
Falafel Recipe
This is a easy falafel recipe and it will come out perfect every time
Falafel ingredients
Chick peas (fresh and soaked over night,not canned)
Onions
Coriander
Parsley
Garlic
Salt
Lemon juice
Green chilli
Barking soda
Chick pea flour/gram flour
Homewif3 meat spice
Oil for frying
Steps 1:
Soak your beans over night
Step 2:
Combine your chick peas, onion, garlic parsley, coriander and green chilli in your food processor, blend until soft.
Step 3:
In bowl add your blended ingredients then combine the rest of your ingredients,lemon juice, salt,barking soda and your spice
Once all combine add two tsp of gram flour/chickpeas flour mix it well
Step 4:
Heat your oil
Time to start frying (use ice cream scoop to get perfect shape and size)
Once you have the desired colour remove them and plate.
Spicy chicken recipe
Wow your guest with my version on peri peri chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken (any part of the chicken you like, I like drumsticks)
Yogurt
Salt/ chicken stock powder
Homewif3 spicy chicken
Lemon juice
step 1
Preheat your oven or even better use air fryer
Mix together all of the above ingredients in a large bowl.
Make slits on the skin of the chicken with a sharp knife
Place the chicken in the bowl of marinade.
Marinate the chicken for 1 hour in the fridge or up to 24 hours ( if you have time if not carry on with the steps)
Step 2
Place all the chicken pieces on a roasting tray and place the tray in your preheated oven/ place the chicken in your air fryer.
Roast the chicken for 30 minutes, turning it half way.
Step 3
Remove it from the oven squeeze lemon juice and enjoy
