Refunds and Shipping and Membership  Policy

Refunds:
Refunds can only be made if order is cancelled before it being shipped, once order has been shipped refunds will not be accepted, refunds can also be made if item is damaged (proof of damaged item will be needed)

Shipping:
All orders are aimed to arrive within 5-10 days of purchase, orders outside of the UK may take longer.
Personalised orders take 7-14 days
Membership 

By purchasing a monthly subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring monthly subscription fee at the current rate £14.99, and you accept responsibility for all recurring changes until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Once you have subscribed an automatic payment will be taken out every month.

If we do not receive your payment from your card provider or if your card has been declined/rejected you agree to pay any outstanding payments.

Returns/Refunds

As items are chosen randomly for the box we do not offer any returns. 

All items are non refundable, unless item is delivered damaged. If item arrives damage photo proof will need to be sent to wif3home@gmail.com maximum 2 days after you have received the product.

Damaged items:
If items arrive damaged we can resend your order or offer a refund, however proof of damaged item will need to be emailed to wif3home@gmail.com
